Important service update

Following on from our recent service update to keep you informed of the steps we continue to take to ensure yours and our colleague safety during this time, we wanted to expand further and give you an update on deliveries.

During the COVID-19 Pandemic we have absorbed the cost of all standard deliveries. We understand that with the sudden changes to everyone’s lives and lifestyles, the impact financially can be significant. We therefore wanted to make it easier for you to order online without the additional cost of delivery. With the standard free delivery service, you can expect your order within 3-5 working days.

Although the majority of orders are dispatched the very same day, we have received some questions from customers about when they can expect delivery of their order. We have been in regular contact with Royal Mail and they have reported that despite their best efforts, some delivery areas may face disruption due to COVID-19 related absences from their mail centres. This is something that Royal Mail is working tirelessly on to resolve and we ask all of our customers to please be patient with us and our delivery partners.

We recommend Express delivery as currently the quickest delivery option; this takes 1-2 working days in most areas, however, following the advice from Royal Mail, this is taking 2-3 days in some delivery areas due to COVID-19 and is beyond our control. We appreciate your patience with this and we will of course continue to keep you updated on any changes to service delivery.
