We offer FREE UK Delivery on all orders over £30 and will automatically select between Royal Mail First Class and UPS, depending on the size and weight of the package to be delivered.
We operate a SAME DAY DISPATCH service on all orders. Orders placed before 3:00pm (Monday-Friday) are despatched from our warehouse the same day by First Class post or UPS courier, subject to stock availability and any security checks.

 

Return Policy 

At Barracuda Vape we will do our utmost to resolve any issues you are having with your purchase. Please contact us and we will discuss your options. All electronic cigarette components have a limited life span and will eventually need to be replaced.


All products except e-liquids can be returned to us within 28 days of purchase providing the item is still in original and unused condition. Atomisers have a dead on arrival warranty, please let us know within 24 hours of receipt if you item is damaged or faulty and we will replace it or refund where possible.


e-liquids cannot be returned under any circumstances. If we have sent out the wrong order we will send out a replacement immediately upon receipt of the incorrect product/s being returned. All batteries have a 28 warranty that covers electrical faults.  

Please Note: Batteries are fragile. Batteries will degrade over time and hold less charge or hold the charge for less time – this is normal.  Physical damage and ‘wear and tear’ is not covered by this warranty. If the battery is Dead On Arrival or faulty within 28 days, contact us via the webform to initiate the replacement process.

 

Any product considered a ‘kit’ with a 6 month+ warranty will cover the main body only and not chargers and batteries, the warranty for these devices will not cover physical damage or wear and tear. All chargers and batteries will have a 28 day warranty.


All products are thoroughly checked and tested before they are dispatched to our customers. However, we also know there is a small chance that a product could arrive dead or faulty, if this is the case please inform us immediately via our webform to arrange an exchange.


Returns are to be paid by the customer, except where incorrect goods have been received by the customer. We do not cover any postage or courier for returns.
